We invite you to this culinary experience in which we will visit a local market, discover new flavors, try different beverages & food samples while learning about puerto vallarta's culture & prehispanic food. Then we will head to a local restaurant where a passionate couple will share with you their secrets. Time to put in practice! Blind Tasting, Cook guacamole, tortillas and enchiladas, prepare your meal and experience a raicilla coktail workshop… We look forward to seeing you at our Mexican cooking class! Cooking Experience with Authentik Tours
What a fantastic experience this was! We were in Puerto Vallarta via a cruise ship and wanted to do a local cooking experience while in port instead of a cruise excursion. Before the tour started, Jeanne, our tour guide, was excellent at communicating and making sure we didn't have any dietary restrictions and giving us instructions on how to get to the meeting point. Lovely guide and a fun experience
We had a lovely time with Jeanne. She is kind, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. She took us on a tour of the market, educated us on the culture and background of the area and then we had a great lunch that we helped prepare and a fun blind tasting of different foods.
