Baglio DiAr - I Vini Biologici Siciliani

Take part in a guided tour of a young winery producing only certified organic wines. You will discover wines with an authentic flavor in the land where the first great Italian wine was born. A dedicated guide will lead you to discover the cellar, telling you all the secrets of the process that the grapes go through from the harvest to the refinement phase in the cellar. The second part of the tour will continue to discover the history of Baglio Diar and its deep connection with the territory and you will taste the most representative wines of the cellar, whose labels are a clear reference to Sicilian culture. There will be five wines included in the tasting, and in particular: - Three white wines, Grillo “Selene”, Catarratto “Dida” and Zibibbo “Fantasia”, - Two red wines, Nero D'Avola “Nedda” and Perricone “Velata”.
