An unforgettable day which will unfold as below:
Starts with a breakfast, followed by a presentation by the Chef for the dishes to be prepared. You shall be accompanied by the Chef to the local bazaar to purchase a list of items handed to you prior, with money and a basket 'panier bazar'.
Back to Le Domaine des Aubineaux for the preparation of the dishes.
Lunch is then served.
Note:
After lunch, visit of the Colonial House 1872. Day ends with tasting of the Saint Aubin Rum

- LUNCH - Welcome Drink: Bois Chéri Ice Tea / Main Course: Chicken & Shrimp Curry OR Mixed Vegetables curry (vegetarian) / Sides: Chutney Pomme D’amour, Steamed Rice, Lentils Soup / Dessert: Banane Flambé with Ice Cream.

- DRINKS DURING LUNCH: Ochéri spring water, Bois Cheri tea, coffee
- Pickup is available when the purchase includes transfer.
