This hands-on cooking session allows you to prepare fish just as the Maya did thousands of years ago, using organic, locally-sourced spices and cooking it over an open fire. The experience takes place in a newly renovated Maya house, next to a preserved 'Chultun'—a fascinating, ancient refrigeration method. After crafting your meal, you can savor it either in the traditional setting of the Maya house or at the elegant Running W Restaurant, offering a truly unique and immersive cultural dining experience.
