Our chocolatiers are described by clients as “ warm, fun and super knowledgable”. “Educational and relaxing - we laughed a lot”. “Absolutely fantastic” Get your teenagers off their phones and the digital world and instead slow down, and become hands on with tempered chocolate, make your own finger bars choosing from a variety of different textural toppings to make it you own,- including cornflake clusters, and learn how to pipe sea salt discs. Ideal for Teenagers. All our chocolates are Handmade at the heart of Notting Hill by Melt Chocolates, London's Most Luxurious Chocolate Company Participants take home, 3 45g bars hand wrapped, Box of 10 Bonbons and Box of 10 Pralines plus a loose bag.

Melt's Magical Masterclass is designed to be a festival of chocolate. Make your own ganache, learn how to temper chocolate, enrobe your bonbons, make your own chocolate bars from cocoa beans and much more! Creating an amazing chocolate bar from a cocoa bean is a wonderful, wonderful process. Melt's team of top chefs will guide you through this magical transformation, every step of the way, all in the heart of Notting Hill. Learning the process from bean-to-bar is a magical metamorphosis. You will crack and winnow cocoa beans. Then with a pestle and mortar, you we will grind the chocolate beans. You will taste the chocolate at each stage to see how the flavours change and develop over time. This journey releases different flavours notes which can be very dramatic. The next stage is tempering - you will pipe or mould the chocolate into your very own beautiful bar. You will then take your own unique Chocolate bar home with Melt's beautiful packaging and a designer bag. An authentic experience from the Heart of Notting Hill. I will interweave the history of chocolate - so you see how the Aztecs created such beautiful cocoa. A unique experience in the heart of Notting Hill, London.

Fun experience and good chocolate to get home with us

This was 3 hours of serious chocolate making, we made 3 different types of chocolates and it was very hands-on and a lot of fun. The staff at Melt were also very kind in rescheduling us when we missed the first experience because our train was stuck in a field.

Chocolate Lovers United

Our chocolatier was knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I booked the bon bon making class to learn about one of my favorite sweet treats and it was nothing short of informative decadent goodness. You will not only get hands on application but also educational opportunity to learn how chocolate is made from cacao. We tried 100% dark chocolate to white chocolate and everything in between savoring each bite.
