This was a fun and...

This was a fun and educational class! It takes place in his home and was very welcoming and clean. All of the food supplies were ready for the class and he did an excellent job of explaining how to cook the food and shared all of the recipes so I can recreate them at home. The food was amazing!

Highlight of Our Trip – Incredible Cooking Class

We took a cooking class with Silvestre, and it was incredible. The space was beautiful, and his teaching style was engaging and immersive. He has a wonderful way of explaining food in a truly sensory, memorable way. And the food was absolutely delicious. This experience was a definite highlight of our trip, and we can’t wait to come back and explore more of his offerings.

Wonderful host and delicious food

We had such a lovelyl afternoon with Silvestre, learning about local ingredients and preparing delicious salsas and picaditas. We enjoyed everything we made out on his patio, with a cozy and refreshing atmosphere. If you have the chance to book this class, it will definitely be one of the highlights of your trip.

Unforgettable evening with Silvestre! A must-do in Mérida

We highly recommend this class with Silvestre, a knowledgeable and warm artist and instructor who makes the cooking process fun, easy, and truly unforgettable. We were welcomed into his home and art studio to learn authentic Mexican recipes we’ll definitely cook again. This was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a real and memorable experience in Mérida, don’t hesitate, just book it!
