Fresh pasta and pizza are the most loved dishes in the world!
For the pasta, together we will prepare the dough with flour and fresh eggs, we will prepare the ravioli, cook them and then season them with butter and sage.
In a second moment we will prepare the dough for pizza and focaccia, learning techniques and rules of leavening.
After baking the pizza, ravioli and tiramisu you can enjoy what we have cooked!
