You will learn the secrets of the true Italian Homemade Pasta by preparing it with your hands, trained by a professional chef, all the techniques of the perfect dough, the perfect filling and how to prepare sauce as Pesto Ragù and more to match with the Pasta. You will eat different kind of Pasta at your prefer tastes prepared togheter with a chef, plus all inclusive drinks; then you will be able to prepare it at home, with the online support of our chef, from the choice of ingredients to the complete preparation. Possibility of booking a private group.

In the cooking class you will learn to prepare a real homemade Italian pasta, step by step, in different shapes and stuffing (meat or vegetarian of your choice, available Halal and Kosher meat), in a traditional and private location for lunch or dinner in in the heart of Milan, you will eat your pasta with fresh sauce prepared together like pesto, fresh tomato sauce and butter and sage, we will offer you Italian wine or craft beer, soft drinks and water, don't forget that it's all inclusive. With many of the people you see I'm still in touch, because you will have my full support when you come home, to make your own pasta. You will receive my PDF with the recipe and the preparation process of both pasta and sauces. For special requests or different information contact me. Gluten-free lessons are not possible in our kitchen.

Must do!

We were so excited to be in Italy and take a pasta making class. Vittorio and Letizia were wonderful! They were so welcoming and so accommodating with our food restrictions. We learned so much about pasta making as well as our new favorite aperitif martini royale Bianco! Vittorio sent us a pdf of the recipes we made as well as other recipes to try. Pasta Making -- Don't Miss This!

Our pasta making class was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun and learned to make incredible pasta, thanks to our very skilled and fabulous chef. This is a must-do activity. It really made our trip to Milan special.

Oh What a night!

Wow! What an evening, from learning a fantastic new skill to sipping on beautiful cocktails! We all had a fantastic night with plenty of hilarity and fun! I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn a new skill in a relaxed and inviting environment!

This was one of our best highlights in our trip to Italy. Chef Vittorio was delightful, welcoming host, and a masterful teacher in the art of homemade pasta preparation. A day with Pasta and great people

We had a blast with Vittorio and Letizia. It was a fun and informative “class” with delicious pasta making. They both made it seem so easy and we are excited to make some of this when we get back to the USA! If any of our friends are planing a trip to Milan, we will definitely recommend this class to them.
