Slow down and immerse yourself in a guided tea ceremony that nurtures both body and awareness. In just 30 minutes, savor a selection of thoughtfully prepared teas, from robust pu-erh to delicate blooming floral options, each designed to unfold its aroma and taste gradually. This experience invites quiet reflection or gentle conversation, emphasizing presence over formality. Perfectly paired with Nidra Yoga or a Sound Bowl session, the ceremony offers a gentle transition into deeper relaxation. No prior experience is necessary—simply arrive as you are and enjoy the calming process of tea drinking.

A tea ceremony is about slowing down and fully mindfully experiencing tea. During a session, guests move through a few gentle stages: Arrival and settling, you sit comfortably, often in quiet, letting go of outside distractions and arriving in the moment. Tea preparation, The host carefully prepares the tea, heating water and steeping leaves. Guests observe or quietly participate. Mindful tasting, you sip slowly and attentively, noticing aroma, warmth, and flavor as it unfolds. Aroma, warmth of the cup, and changing taste over time. There is no rush—just presence. Multiple steepings, Teas like pu-erh or blooming teas are steeped multiple times, each infusion revealing new subtle flavors. Quiet reflection, the space remains calm, sometimes silent, sometimes softly conversational. Closing, the experience ends gently, often leaving a sense of calm, clarity, and grounded awareness. In simple terms, it’s sitting, sipping, noticing, and slowing down so something ordinary becomes meaningful.
