Moonlit Seoul: City Lights and K-Alcohol Exploration

Your adventure begins at Exit 3 of the bustling Hongik University Station, a vibrant hub in Seoul’s youth culture scene. You’ll walk through streets lined with unique cafes, eclectic boutiques, and modern art murals. As you explore, you’ll get a sense of the neighborhood’s creative vibe, where traditional Korean culture is reimagined through a contemporary lens. Here, you’ll experience Korean alcohol in the most authentic setting, stepping into cozy bars that blend traditional and modern styles. From makgeolli (Korean rice wine) to soju and craft beers, you’ll have the chance to taste a variety of Korean drinks, each paired with delicious local dishes. This park was built along an old railway track and transformed into a linear park, similar to New York’s High Line. As you walk, you’ll enjoy the cool evening air and take in the vibrant urban night view. As we make our way back towards Hongik University Station, you’ll be treated to one of Seoul’s most exciting urban experiences: live K-pop busking performances. The streets around Hongdae are famous for their spontaneous and energetic performances by young, aspiring K-pop artists. These street performances are a raw, unfiltered look at the talent and passion that fuels Korea’s world-famous music scene.
