Fantastic experience cooking with Brahim.
We spent the most wonderful late afternoon and early evening in the company of Brahim who taught us how to cook, authentic Moroccan Tagine.
Firstly, we went to the local Souk which was filled with beautiful fresh local ingredients. Brahim seems to know everyone, and everybody seemed very pleased and happy to see him. Nous avons passé une soirée tout simplement inoubliable, en compagnie de Brahim et de sa femme Hakima. Nous avons débuté par un petit passage au marché, pour acheter les légumes pour le tajine, puis les fruits de notre choix pour le dessert.
