Historical, enjoyment, handicrafts in historical rooms, Taste, smell, feel, Spices and seasoning. We produce mustard in a former horse stable of the Dippe seed company. You can try our mustard fresh, experience the possibilities of its use as medicinal and seasoning agents, even the differences between yellow and brown mustard taste good. Come along: 3 times a week (Tue, Fri, Sat 11.00) we are waiting for you for a guided tour followed by factory sales.

Delicious - simply recommended

Anyone traveling in the Harz region who has the time and inclination is highly recommended to visit the mustard factory in Quedlinburg with a guided tour. Great and entertaining 1.5 hours with interesting facts about mustard and a tasting. Even I, as someone who doesn't like mustard, enjoyed it. Thanks to Evelyn.

Mustard guide

The mustard tour or tasting was very interesting and entertaining. There were many varieties of mustard to try. To neutralize the senses again, there were rice waffles and water with various syrups or wine tastings. Finally, an elderberry liqueur, The whole took about 1.5 hours.

The character of Mustard
