This small-group walking experience offers an introduction to everyday life in Nadi, guided by a local professional with deep knowledge of Fiji’s culture, history, and communities.


Walking through town allows us to slow down and experience the places where daily life happens. Along the way, we visit the Sri Subramaniya Temple, the farmers market, an art gallery showcasing contemporary Fijian artworks, and local art and craft community centre, using each stop to explore how history, religion, food, and community living shape modern Fiji.


Group sizes are intentionally kept small to encourage conversation, flexibility, and a relaxed pace. The experience is ideal for travelers who want cultural understanding, meaningful local interaction, and a thoughtful orientation to Fiji early in their stay.

Good To Know

  • Meeting point is outside of Tappoos Shopping Complex, main street Nadi town.
  • Note a minimum of 2 participants are required to operate any tour departure.
  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
  • All participants need to find their way to the meeting point.
  • Wear comfortable shoes and clothing and bring a hat.
  • Public transportation options are available nearby

This is the designated meeting point for your walking tour. Guests are welcome to arrive early and make use of the restroom facilities or purchase refreshments such as coffee or bottled water before the tour begins. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow enough time for check-in and a short tour briefing. Departure Times Morning Tour: Departs at 10:00 AM – Please arrive by 9:50 AM. Afternoon Tour: Departs at 1:00 PM – Please arrive by 12:50 PM. To ensure the best experience for everyone, tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time.

We meet our guests outside the Tappoo Nadi Department Store, on the main street of Nadi Town, for a brief orientation before we begin our walking tour of Nadi Town. Depending on your location in Nadi, you can either take a local taxi or hop on a local bus to get to the meeting point.
