Each stop reveals a new story, flavour, or winemaking philosophy, often in beautifully restored historic buildings or contemporary urban spaces. For smaller groups, the experience continues to Smith & Sheth in Havelock North—winner of Cellar Door of the Year 2022. Their stylish, seated tastings offer premium wines from both Smith & Sheth and Pyramid Valley, paired with stories that bring the wines to life. We finish the day with a final tasting at a stunning winery location, where world-class wines are perfectly paired with panoramic views — the ultimate Hawke’s Bay finale.
