Pair it with Neapolitan ragù, a slow-cooked sauce rich in flavor and steeped in tradition. The ragù will already be prepared according to a traditional recipe, allowing you to focus on perfecting your pasta-making skills. Don’t worry—you’ll receive the complete recipe to try at home.
