Join an expert Italian chef for a memorable culinary experience in Florence, Italy. Explore our fantastic authentic local neighborhood and take part in a hands-on 3-course pasta making class. Meet your chef in front of the fountain at Piazza Santo Spirito and discover one of Florence’s most authentic local hidden gems, Santo Spirito, where the mornings hold a charming open market, and all-day long, family-run shops are open with stock of in-season produce. After a brief introduction about the history and culture of the area we will browse for fresh local products that will be used in the preparation of our dishes. Afterwards, we will reach our food studio, which is just a short walk away from our meeting point and start our culinary adventure! Immerse yourself as you are guided through the hands-on creation of two different fresh hand-made pastas and a delicious tiramisu before gathering around the table to taste your dishes with a glass of Tuscan wine, beer, or soft drink of your choice. We will send you off with a set of new Italian cooking skills and recipes to impress your family and friends back at home.
