I was visiting Nimes with my teenaged daughter. Although we had already been here for around 5 days, Celine took us to new and different area of the city that we hadn’t already discovered. The tour had a great balance of excellent food and historical detail. Although I have travelled extensively in France, many of the local delicacies were new to me. Celine gave us the perfect introduction to the culinary delights of Nîmes while showcasing some of her city's most beautiful spots. We started with pompe à l'huile (one of my absolute favorites of the day!) and brioche, followed by several varieties of fougasse, all while admiring the stunning street art from the annual competition. An absolutely exceptional experience! I thought I knew Nîmes, but this visit proved me wrong. Thanks to Céline, I discovered the city from a new angle, far from the classic tourist circuits. To do, without hesitation! Thank you, Céline, for allowing us to rediscover Nîmes in a new light. In the end, we still had things to discover. Discovery of intimate places, away from tourist traps.
