Oleotourism and olive oil tasting in Seville - Private tour

Accompanied by a family member, we will learn all the details of the production process of extra virgin olive oil, an essential pillar of the Mediterranean diet, from the olive fields to the preparation of the final product. At the end of the visit we will have an educational and comparative tasting of different extra virgin olive oils. We will learn some secrets of the olive tree and oil, a tradition that dates back to time immemorial and that had a specific weight from the 17th century onwards. We will learn the details about the operation of a traditional oil mill and delve into the land dedicated to olive exploitation to learn about the careful process of olive oil extraction, the “Liquid Gold” of Andalusia. The tasting will end with a creative dish in one of the oil mill's private rooms. This experience has a total duration of around 90 minutes.
