Jaén is in charge of more than the 50% of the worldwide production of olive oil. There’s no better place to get to know this mythological tree and its “golden liquid”, the base of the Mediterranean diet and part of the immaterial heritage by UNESCO. We offer a unique experience to learn about the culture of olive oil. You will get to know our olive groves located in the surroundings around our mill, as well as the different olive harvesting processes. In the oil mill we will explain the whole process that the olives follow until they transform in our valued extra-virgin olive oil.
