Learn all the secrets of the green gold of Greece, how to distinguish the fresh, extra virgin olive oil and the Greek olive varieties, and how to store your olive oil properly. Meet our perennial olive trees that age more than 500 years—you can even hide in their trunk!

What You’ll Experience

Discover Greece's green gold, including the following: 1. How to tell the difference between fresh, extra virgin olive oil and Greek olive varieties. 2. How to properly store your olive oil. Meet our 500-year-old perennial olive trees—you can even hide in their trunk. The famous Koroneiki variety, our rare Tsakoniki Leonidiou variety, and the delicate Athinoelia will all be available. You will also learn about the history of Greek extra virgin olive oil, taste various fresh extra virgin olive oils, and learn how to properly choose, preserve, and use in your culinary adventures.
