We continue to the production area where you learn the secrets about balsamic vinegar production followed by a tasting of our products. Dive into the world of olive oil by a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil. Become an expert in the flavours and aromas of olive oils and learn to determine the quality of an oil. The tasting is followed by a rich lunch in the vineyard with traditional Greek Mezzes freshly cooked with local ingredients.
