Experience Details

Loja, Ecuador has become a global award-winning producer of single source Arabica coffee considered to be the finest type of bean in the world. This tour hosted by a South American coffee grading expert and our fluent English/Spanish interpreter walks you through a lush organic coffee forest in the Andean mountains, takes you to a washed coffee and drying operation in a local fair trade growers’ collective, and ends at a wholesale tasting room with a professional tasting hosted by the grading expert. Experience what international importers experience when they visit Loja to shop for high-grade coffee specialty beans.

Good To Know

  • We will need 40 minutes to get from the city of Loja to San Pedro de Vilcabamba and 40 minutes on the way back. This travel time is included in the total duration of the tour.
