Good to Know

Welcome to organic Thai cooking school, we offer a fun and informative cooking lesson in which you will learn to cook some of Thailand's most delicious dishes in the setting of a beautiful tropical garden. Our cooking lessons with a highly qualified teacher take place in a traditional open kitchen in a tropical garden. We have kept our classes very small, that is with a maximum of only 4 students, to ensure that you will have a highly personalized and quality experience. • Visit a small scale organic farming at our small scale organic farm. • Learn how to make from scratch some of the most well known favorite Thai dishes. You will gain a very all-round knowledge of Thai cooking and dine on your creations after the class. • Visit the local market. Thai markets with all their colors smells and sounds will give you an authentic look into a very interesting part of Thai culture. You will also learn about different Thai vegetables and herbs.

Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your accommodation to the Organic Thai Cooking school, with pick up roughly 30-50 minutes before your scheduled start time. Join us for a 30-45 min tour at a local Thai market where we will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. After the lesson in the market, you will be ready to start your 2 or 3 hours lesson in our kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you will need to get started. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food with our certified Thai teacher. Wow! What an amazingly experience!

We were picked up by Roger, Eing's husband from our accommodation in Patong & driven to our cooking class at their home. Even this was a great experience, talking to Roger on the 40 minute drive about his travels & what brought him to Thailand. As well as some local knowledge. It was just myself and a girlfriend in the class. There was an outdoor kitchen set up in their front yard, enclosed in a lovely garden. Nice cooking and good tour

The cooking were good and more than enough for the 2 of us. Taste delicious as well. We enjoyed the market tour as well as the couple of view points we were shown which were additional to what we were expecting.
