+45 photosWhile the location felt a bit off the beaten track, the experience was fantastic! Our host Cesare was kind, patient and lots of fun. Beautiful fresh ingredients, lovely delicious food and Sangria. Great facilities. Super good value.
First, don’t let the meeting place throw you off. It’s on a non-descript street/alley with a blue door. The cooking was lots of fun with lots of information on the how and why of making traditional Paella as well as how others regions make it. Hands on for the whole group. Sangria was great! Plan on it going closer to three hours and two, so you can relax and joy. Benjamin was a great instructor!
It was such a fun time! Loved getting to meet new people and ask so many questions about the different types of paella recipes
Easy location with a quick subway ride from the main part of the city. Subway system is very easy to navigate! Felt like a true authentic locals experience.
