In this unique setting, normally reserved for pastry chefs, you’ll use high-quality ingredients to prepare classics like Nonna’s tart, panna cotta, and gelato affogato. Guided step by step by Chef Nazzareno or one of his pastry chefs, you’ll receive personal attention throughout the class, making it fun and accessible for both adults and children. Families especially love the warm atmosphere, the welcome toast with Prosecco or juice, and the certificate of participation that becomes a sweet keepsake to take home—together with your handmade desserts.

Shiva was an absolute delight as she showed us how to make three different, amazing desserts! We left with plenty of extras, to keep us fat and happy for the rest of our trip.
