We are truly grateful for our partnership with renowned winemaker Guillaume Fabre. His expertise elevates our wines to exceptional standards, ensuring that every bottle reflects our commitment to quality and the meticulous nature of the wine industry.

We are proud to feature Rondinella, a rare varietal exclusively cultivated only at Al Lago Estate Vineyard in the USA. This unique grape is one of just four varietals used in the production of Amarone, making our offerings distinctive and special.

STARTER

2022 Crescendo

48% Cab Franc, 48% Merlot, 4% Sangiovese. Deep purple-hued with a full-bodied aromas and flavors of ripe black cherries, blackberries, coffee.

MAIN

2021 Romanza

53% Corvina, 26% Rondinella, 21% Cabernet Sauvignon It’s a full-bodied, complex wine that presents wonderful aromas of cherries, herbs, chocolate.

DESSERT

2021 Adagio

100% Sangiovese. Reminiscent of a full-bodied Brunello that presents an array of black berries and a hint of fig and dried Rose pedal.

Tasting 3 different reserve wines that have exclusive varietals. This is an experience not many get to experience. For instance, we are the only vineyard in the USA that grows Rondinella.

While lunch or dinner is not included with your initial reservation. It can always be provided for you, if we have some notice and a budget to follow!

What You’ll Experience

We will be tasting Reserve Vintages specifically that are normally only for club members. This will include our Crescendo, Romanza and Adagio. This is an exclusive flight for people with a particular pallet that is looking for rare varietals.
