Step into a traditional Roman kitchen and begin your session with an aperitif of spritz or sparkling wine, paired with cacio e pepe-seasoned handmade chips. Next, prepare wood-fired bruschetta and then dive into the heart of the class: pasta-making.


Roll fresh dough and shape it into ravioli filled with buffalo ricotta and fettuccine to pair with sauces like pesto, carbonara or tomato and basil. Finally, prepare tiramisù with espresso and mascarpone, then enjoy your full meal in a cozy group setting. BYOB-friendly.
