- First course: Aperitif — wine or spritz with crispy cacio e pepe chips

- Second course: Bruschetta — fire-roasted bread with fresh tomato topping

- Third course: Handmade pasta — ribbons of fettuccine and ravioli filled with buffalo ricotta, paired with sauces such as carbonara, cacio e pepe, pesto or tomato-basil

- Dessert: Tiramisù — crafted with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream and cocoa
