The class begins with preparing fresh pasta dough using flour, eggs and olive oil before learning how to knead and shape handmade tagliatelle. Chef Erin keeps every step approachable while sharing practical tips that make homemade pasta feel far less intimidating than expected. You will also prepare a flavorful marinara sauce with crushed tomatoes, garlic and basil while sharpening knife skills making fresh bruschetta with toasted bread, tomatoes and olive oil.
