Guided by local producers, you will experience first-hand all the stages of Sardinian cheese making, the result of techniques handed down from generation to generation: from milking to curdling, to the delicate maturing process, in a perfect balance between ancient knowledge and innovation. The heart of the experience is a guided tasting of the farm's cheeses, made from raw milk and local fodder, where you will finally taste the fresh fruit of skilful craftsmanship.
