The proposal of Tour de la Centolla with Penguin Sighting stands out for the combination of two first-rate products, where in addition to living an adventure in 4x4 vans through the lenga forests, the Beagle Canal and Puerto Almanza, we will embark for Isla Martillo to know well up close a colony of Magellanic penguins and Papuas, extraordinary moment in a natural environment par excellence. And of course, we include both breakfast at an ancient lagoon, Laguna Victoria, and a super-full lunch at one of the best restaurants in front of the Beagle Canal, with fresh seafood, seafood grilling, centolla and much more.

We will go to one of the most iconic sites in the area, the famous "Flag Tree." We will descend here to contemplate the landscape, the wonderful natural environment, and we will have the opportunity to take the best panoramic photos of the islands and islets, the Beagle Channel, and the Chilean islands. Puerto Almanza
Then, we headed to the village of Puerto Almanza, a small fishing village located on the east coast of the Beagle Channel, 75 km from the city of Ushuaia. The name of the place comes from a sawmill that operated in the area between the 40s and 50s.
Once in Puerto Almanza we are going to contemplate the beauties of the place, get to know the local port and the characteristic and used crab traps to catch the famous crustacean. We will also walk towards the canyons that were installed as a result of the conflict with Chile's brother country.

Hammer Island
After lunch, we will experience the unique experience of navigating in customized boats to Martillo Island, to contemplate and coexist in harmony with Magellanic and Papuan penguins for more than 30 minutes. The penguin colony is the habitat they choose to live in, since there they feel the protection and the natural conditions necessary to reproduce and nest. Between the months of October to April we can enjoy both colonies, while the rest of the year the Papuan penguins remain. A natural environment where you can enjoy the penguins very closely.

The best experience of my life...Excellent Pancho (guide), a native who knows and speaks with passion about his lands, kind, respectful, and he also prepares the best chocolate for you at La Victoria..Araceli and her king crab, majestic, the food surrenders at her feet...incredible...flavors that will always remain with me. The guys from the navigation tell you everything that happens there..and as if that were not enough..the penguins that come to greet you...every detail makes it the best day ...read more

Estimada Andrea! Es un honor haber podido disfrutar junto a ustedes esta hermosa experiencia Avistaje de Pingüinos y Ruta de la Centolla 4x4 con almuerzo en Puerto Almanza. Desde Kaitek (Luz en idioma Yámana) nos esforzamos al máximo en cada aventura para que ustedes puedan llevarse los mejores recuerdos para toda la vida. Transitar junto a ustedes por sendas y sitios donde vivieron y forjaron la historia nuestros pueblos originarios es lo que más nos apasiona. Poder compartir momentos en sitios sagrados como transitar por Punta Paraná y Puerto Almanza, sitio que eligieron los Yámana para convivir, es algo que solo se puede vivir en el Fin del Mundo, y con toda la buena energía que todos nos aportan, tanto ustedes como nosotros. Vivir la experiencia de tener tan cerquita a los pingüinos Papúa y Magallánicos es una experiencia que no se puede vivir en otro lugar del planeta!!!
