Meals
A 3 Course Meal you get to prepare and enjoy
Join us for a relaxed, hands-on evening of Peruvian cooking. Watch a pisco sour come to life, then roll up your sleeves to prepare ceviche and lomo saltado, savor them with wine, and finish with something sweet. Small group, big flavors, no experience needed. I left out the exact times, the wine names and the upstairs station, so you can add them back if Viator asks for more detail. I kept "small group" without the number six, but you can put "maximum six guests" back in if you want to highlight how intimate it is.
STARTER
Ceviche
Peru's national dish. Fresh fish "cooked" in zesty lime juice with red onion, chili and cilantro, paired with a glass of white wine.
MAIN
Lomo saltado
Tender strips of beef stir-fried with onions, tomatoes and soy sauce, traditionally served with rice and fries, paired with a glass of red wine.
DESSERT
Suspiro
A silky dulce de leche custard topped with soft meringue. Its name means "sigh," which is how most people react to the first bite.
