Pizza course and tasting on Lake Maggiore

You will have fun choosing from tasty ingredients such as olives, mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, anchovies, local vegetables, 0 km cold cuts and Alpine cheeses. You can take fresh basil, rosemary and other herbs directly from the garden to perfume your pizza! Test your skills and prepare your favorite pizza. The pizzas will be cooked in a high-temperature steel oven, chosen from the numerous offers on the market, and will allow you – if you wish – to be able to buy it to redo the experience learned yourself. Between one batch and another, you can relax with a glass of wine or beer in the kitchen or in the garden of an early 1900s villa in a town near the shores of Lake Maggiore. It will be possible - at times - to be accompanied by the music of an accordion played live.
