What could be better than combining this beautiful city with a delicious gastronomic tour?.
On such a walk you would try three small first courses plus two side dishes, together with a glass of Sicilian red wine and a granita or dessert typical of the area.
The first courses are small portions of local dishes: pasta with anchovies, pasta alla Norma, baked anelletti, side dishes: sardine meatballs, caponata. And for dessert: granita or cannolo.
