Private Chianti wine tour leaving from Florence

Meet our driver at your hotel for start the trip to the beautiful Tuscan country side. Along small country roads we’ll reach Montefioralle, a small Medieval village perched on a hill. Little stop for a short walk and after downhill Greve in Chianti, the cute town famous for being the capital of Chianti wine. Our driver will lead you in the central square where you can relax between typical small shops or perhaps visit the Wine Museum. Passing through the small town of Panzano, the next stop will be in a winery where the owner will take you to a guided visit of the cellars, the vineyards and finally for a tasting of 3 types of wine, grappa and Vin Santo (the famous Tuscan dessert wine). Possibility to have lunch at the same winery or if you prefer the driver will suggest a good trattoria in the area. The tour continues to Castellina, another lovely town and here we’ll stop for stroll the narrow streets and visit some wine shops… Next destination is the last winery of the day where you’ll have the chance to see and compare another type of cellars and, of course, of wine! Return to your hotel in the afternoon with full bellies, a happy heart and great memories…
