Learn to prepare 5 dishes, including “Sa-pee-tong,” a rare Akha dish passed down through hill tribe communities of Northern Thailand. Then choose from Thai favorites such as Pad Thai, Green Curry, Tom Yum Goong, or Mango Sticky Rice. This private class is for your group only, with shared cooking stations designed so everyone can rotate through each step together.   • In rare cases where the activity is cancelled by the operator, you will be notified in advance and offered a new date, an alternative activity, or a full refund.
  • The guided market visit operates in light rain. In case of heavy rain, the itinerary may be slightly adjusted for your comfort and safety.
  • If booking details, such as the child’s age or number of guests, are incorrect, additional charges may apply on site.
  • Children or companions who do not join the cooking activity are charged THB 750 per person, payable on site.

Then choose Thai dishes from different courses, such as Pad Thai or Pad See Ew, Green Curry or Panang Curry, Tom Yum Goong or Spring Rolls, and Mango Sticky Rice or Bua Loy. Vegetarian options are available, and spice levels can be adjusted. Cook at shared stations designed for your private group, so everyone can rotate through each step together. After cooking, sit down in a relaxed home-style setting to enjoy the dishes you prepared and leave with practical cooking skills and a deeper understanding of Northern Thai and Akha food culture.
