Super special evening! Highly recommend. Enza and Antonio were very hospitable. They have an amazing property! Definitely a highlight of our Italian experience!

Make “Orecchiette and Maccheroncini" together with Enza. Following her secret recipe, you will start from the dough and then have fun rolling it out and seasoning everything with local ingredien, with an authentic and genuine flavor.
Dine all together, enjoying local fresh vegetables and cheeses, the typical orecchiette with fresh tomato sauce and basil, macaroni with mussels.
The jam tart and homemade limoncello will end the evening, together with good music.

An absolutely unmissable experience if you are in Puglia. Simply fantastic.
What can I say... we had an absolute blast at our cooking class. Enza and her husband Antonio are fantastic hosts, and we felt welcome all evening. Their beautiful home, surrounded by greenery with a large garden, a pool, and a spacious terrace, was the perfect setting to learn how to make pasta. But before we started, the international group had a chance to get to know each other during an aperitif, where Enza and Antonio delighted us with an excellent antipasto buffet, mostly homemade by them....read more
