What You’ll Experience

Make “Orecchiette and Maccheroncini" together with Enza. Following her secret recipe, you will start from the dough and then have fun rolling it out and seasoning everything with local ingredien, with an authentic and genuine flavor. Dine all together, enjoying local fresh vegetables and cheeses, the typical orecchiette with fresh tomato sauce and basil, macaroni with mussels.
