Good to Know

In this hands-on cooking class Chef Andrea will teach and guide you in creating a 4 course Italian meal. All recipes are made from scratch from seasonal ingredients and small antidotes are given along the way to understand why Italians cook the way they do. All ages and skill levels are welcome and any one with a special diet can be accommodated, just let us know before-hand. Once the food is prepared and ready, you will sit and enjoy your creations with a glass of wine selected for each dish. After the class all the recipes made will be emailed out so you are able to take a piece of Rome home with you! Come and join us! We look forward to it!

A PRIVATE (only your group) hands-on cooking experience where you learn to prepare, cook and eat a full Italian meal; appetizer, pasta course, meat course and dessert! All ingredients are seasonal and fresh. We work with a farm-to-table concept. After our time in the kitchen prepping and cooking, you will sit and enjoy all your creations with a 4 glass wine flight to be paired with the meal. Take a piece of Rome home with you through Roman recipes!

Spend Your Day With Chef Andrea

Chef Andrea is a warm and welcoming host. He “assists” you in making a traditional 4 course meal. You do the work as he instructs and tells you the background of your dishes and gives you cooking tips. When finished you will enjoy your home cooked 4 course meal with wine pairings. It is a small class so you meet new friends and enjoy Chef Andrea sharing his knowledge of cooking, Rome, Italy and life in general. Best Cooking Class in Rome

Chef Andrea was a wonderful host. Best part was the actual hands on prep and cooking. He only “supervised” while handing out tips. The food (all four courses) turned out delicious. Did the lunch class which meant there was no need for dinner later that night. Easily the best cooking class we did during our 5 weeks in Italy which included classes in Napoli, Sorrento, Florence and Bologna. An absolute wonderful day with chef Andrea! This class is a must-do when visiting Rome. From experiencing each step and the history of Roman food, chef Andrea was a blast and a joy to spend the day with. The value for the experience was impeccable! 5 stars !
