Absolutely wonderful!
Absolutely the best for experience in bologna!! every single part of the day was wonderful. Our driver was great and I would highly recommend this to friends and family!

Enjoyable informative experience for families
We had a wonderful experience learning about parmasen cheese production at an organic factory. Lovely to see the cows and to see the many many wheels of parmasen, including those that get rejected. Learnt so much. We also visited a balsamic vinegar producer that kept to the traditional ways. Great to see the storage and sample vinegars with different foods too. Finally a visit to an organic winery with lunch was the perfect ending to the day. Our driver Francesco was lovely and we never felt rus...read more

Enjoyed and learned a lot
Good experience. Learned a lot about how Parmesan is made. I now understand some (but not enough) about how Balsamic vinegar is made. Tastes were helpful (although wish they were slightly larger helpings would have been useful. But those are nitpicks. Good tour.

Great experience
This was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Our driver Francesco was friendly and helpful. Our tour guides at all three locations were great and lunch was delicious with plenty of wine!
