My partner and I had an incredible experience with Rekha, Rishi and their lovely daughter. We were picked up directly from our hotel and welcomed into their beautiful home. We cooked and ate breakfast, and then started on lunch. Rekha explained everything so clearly, and her passion for cooking and teaching was obvious. We have been travelling around Rajasthan across different cities, and this has been our absolute favourite thing we have done. We would recommend this to anyone and everyone.
We stumbled by this class having used Rishi as a tuk tuk driver. He mentioned his wife Rekha offers a cooking class and did we want to go. We jumped at the chance. The class is taught at their home, both Rishi and Rekha are amazing hosts, we got to make so many different dishes including Paneer Passanda which we requested having loved eating it here. We had such an incredible evening learning to cook with Rekha and Rishi! We made a variety of dishes, such as pakora, lassi, gobhi and butter paneer masala. Our hosts were so kind, welcoming and informative; they were excellent teachers. Everything we cooked together was absolutely delicious, and we can’t wait to try to cook them at home! This activity is an absolute must for an authentic experience in Jodhpur.
