What You’ll Experience
We will visit the market to explore different ingredients, master the art of choosing fresh produce, and learn how to negotiate prices. Head back to the kitchen to cook the 3 dishes you’ve selected. Lastly, enjoy the dishes you’ve created, and receive a certificate of completion and a cookbook as the class wraps up.
NOTE: This is a customized menu. Customers have a short discussion with the chef about which dishes everyone agrees to cook. You have 02 free selected dishes and 01 dishes recommended by the chef.
