What You’ll Experience

Enjoy an authentic Barcelona tapas cooking class and cocktail workshop, with the option to add a Santa Caterina Market tour. Begin in Veronique’s home kitchen, where you’ll learn to make tapas such as tuna tartare, lemon aioli, and tomato–watermelon carpaccio with feta and herbs. Then, join Mattias as he reinvents Spain’s classic Tinto de Verano with sweet vermouth, seasonal spices, and zero-waste lemon cordial. Next, Stefano teaches you to craft an Albahaca Smash, a refreshing gin and basil cocktail with bright lemon notes. After cooking and cocktail crafting, enjoy the modern Spanish meal you helped prepare over fun conversation about life in Barcelona. For deeper immersion, choose the optional 30-min guided market tour just 5 minutes away. Explore colorful stalls of seafood, produce, and regional specialties as Veronique introduces local ingredients before returning for your class.
