An unforgettable experience of tasting sparkling wines produced using the classic method.
The tasting begins with a short introduction to the history of the winery and family tradition. At the tasting, it is planned to try 5 different types of sparkling wine, all produced using the classic method (1 extra brut, 2 brut, 1 sec, and 1 demi-sec sparkling wine are included). The winery produces 12 types, and among them it is possible to choose according to the wishes of the visitor (the wishes of all participants are taken into account, not each one in particular). The number of white and rose sparkling wines can be combined. With accompanying handmade biscuits.
Touring the interior of the wine cellar, production, and vineyard is possible if weather and conditions permit. It is not possible to access the wine cellar if the production process is in progress.
Children's entertainment is available for all visitors who come with children (crayons, coloring books, games, toys, balls, etc.).

An unforgettable tasting experience of five sparkling wines produced using the classic method These sparkling wines are produced in a small family winery in the middle of the village, and in terms of their production, they are one of the largest in Croatia. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by one of the family members, who guides them through the tasting in a professional and relaxed manner. Fresh country air and a wonderful experience of five completely different types of sparkling wine with a light snack will fill your trip to Istria.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Freunden und haben die Weinverkostung am Tag vor der Abreise gemacht. Es war ein toller Abschluss für unseren Urlaub und hat es nochmal abgerundet. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben den Prosecco, als auch die Gespräche mit dem Besitzer sehr genossen. Wir haben sehr viel gelacht und vieles Neues über die Prosecco-Produktion erfahren. Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen!

Rich History of a Winery with a Sparkling Future!
The Misal winery is tucked away off the beaten track but is well worth a visit offering exceptional sparkling wines from a small , family run , business . Tastings are highly recommended as a try before you buy offering!

Misal Sparkling Wines is one of my favorite sparkling wine producers and, in my humble opinion, among the best in the region. Their wines are delicious, aromatic, and full of flavor, showcasing the essence of Istrian winemaking.
