    Taste the flavor of the wines and typical dishes of Piedmont, one of the most important wine-producing regions in the world, discover the basics of oenology and immerse yourself in the midst of the flourishing hills of Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    What You’ll Experience

    We will begin our food and wine experience with the tasting of 3 wines of our production, accompanied by 3 typical dishes of the Monferrato tradition (among those listed in the courses of the sample menu), in an exclusive tasting room. We will continue the activity by visiting our cellar under the expert guidance of a member of our family and we will discover the different stages of wine production, from harvesting to sale.
