During this tasting, we will acquire the basic notions of how olive oils are tasted, learning the organoleptic differences of five different varieties of oils, we will know what their positive attributes are and we will learn to detect the presence of defects that these oils may present. analyzing the production processes from the field to the mill. At the end of the tasting, we will enjoy the tasting of different pairings with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Interesting way to learn about the world of olive oil.
The truth is that the tasting is definitely worth it; we learned a lot of interesting facts about olive oil that we didn't know, and Adel made our time very enjoyable. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Second time with the tastings, and I like them more each time.
Second time doing the tasting, this time with more friends. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, perfect for both people who already know about oil and those who want to discover this world for the first time. Moreover, the service was exceptional: professional, friendly, and with a lot of affection for the product and for Córdoba. Olive oils!
A lovely little find. Who knew there was so, so much variety of olive oil. The owner is lovely and very knowledgeable about olive oils. A lovely little find in Cordoba and a great place to pick up a couple of bottles of unique olive oils (after sampling them of course!).

Who knew? Now we are educated consumers of delicious olive oil.
Do this!! Celia was an excellent guide through the intricacies of olive oil. She explained both theory ( how olives are grown, harvested & milled), and practice (as we tasted 5 varieties of oils). The small shop where we tasted has lots of varieties of oils & we bought several with tips from Celia. A very fun & educational experience.
