Depart at 07:30 from your Hotel in Santiago and drive for 2,30 hrs to Colchagua Valley arriving to Clos Apalta winery for Tour + Wine tasting at 10:00 hrs. Explore the Winery Embark on a journey to discover Clos Apalta Winery, where the art of winemaking harmonizes seamlessly with the force of gravity to craft our wines. Immerse yourself in a captivating ambiance where design and viticulture intertwine flawlessly. Delve into the realm of winemaking as our knowledgeable guides lead you through the process, the 7 floor gravitational winery and the private family cellar, culminating in a memorable wine tasting experience. LUNCH AT FRANCIS MALLMANN 'FUEGOS DE APALTA' One of the things not to be missed in the Colchagua Valley is lunch surrounded by the wonderful vines at the heart of our Finca de Apalta. All this, with the unparalleled seal of the renowned chef, Francis Mallmann and an extensive wine list where you can choose among the different vintages of Montes wines and others from the Colchagua Valley. The cuisine features meat, fish, and vegetables prepared with different types of fire in the specially designed dome located in the centre of the restaurant, where visitors can see how the ingredients are grilled, smoked, and baked in preparation for the dishes listed on the menu. You'll have the option to choose a la carte and pay for your own lunch. We'll take care of booking a table for you.

At 16:00 hrs you'll enjoy the double Icon Wine Tour at Montes winery. Walk through our beautiful vineyards, with a great view of the Valley. Visit our Barrel Room, where our best wines rest and mature accompanied by Cantos Gregorianos. Wine tasting includes: Montes Alpha, Montes Alpha M, Montes Folly and Purple Angel
