A visit to a traditional cheesemaker offers a glimpse into age-old techniques still used to produce local cheese and yoghurt. Watch the process, ask questions, and gain an appreciation for the craftsmanship behind these everyday staples. You’ll then take part in a Natural Rhodian Remedies Workshop, where you’ll discover how olive oil, herbs, beeswax, and other gifts of nature are transformed into traditional products used for skincare and natural remedies.
