We finish the day in Labastida, bringing together everything we’ve tasted and talked about. Lunch is relaxed and unhurried, with a menu prepared especially for us using excellent local produce. Expect dishes like sarmiento-grilled lamb chops—ever heard of sarmiento? (It’s vine cuttings used as fuel, and yes, it makes a difference.) Fantastic experience!

Martin was an excellent guide. He is so knowledgeable about the region and the wines. We are so happy we booked a private tour. It was completely worth it. The van was clean and comfortable. Can't say enough good things about Martin. He immediately felt like a friend showing us around his country.

Great wine in Rioja!

Martin was an excellent guide! He provided history and information on the ride to Rioja and additional info at the wineries. We enjoyed our day in the region and loved all of the wines! Highly suggest this tour.

Amazing Wine Tour

We had a wonderful time on the From San Sebastián: Private Rioja Wine Region Day Tour! 🍷🍇 Our guide, Malena, was knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience very enjoyable. We visited beautiful places, enjoyed great scenery, delicious food and, of course, tasted some great Rioja wines. A fantastic day filled with good food, wonderful wine and great company. Highly recommended! ❤️🍷

Relaxing wine tour with excellent vistas

Enjoyed our wine tour which included tasting at three different wineries along with tasty snacks and lunch. The views were amazing. Carlos was a knowledgeable guide who even dropped us at our Hotel because it was raining.

A delightful autumn day in the Rijoca region

Two friends and I were staying in San Sebastián for three days. We took this tour to Rijoca and had the most wonderful day. Martin our guide was charming and knowledgeable. The wineries we visited were ‘boutique’ type makers all of whom were passionate about the wines they offered. We tasted a variety of wines from the region and learned about how they are produced.
