Description
Good to Know
At class you will receive expert tuition on the art of cooking traditional Thai cuisine. You will practice the skills I learnt from an early age cooking with Mama. We will learn all about the many ingredients used in Thai cooking whilst touring a local market. This is followed by hands on experience creating your own Thai dishes. You may find Thai cooking easier than you think and you will have a lot of fun learning. You will also receive detailed recipes of everything learnt during class. I can easily accommodate vegans and vegetarians and cater for people with food allergies. Single travellers, couples, groups and families with children are all welcome.

Family Cooking experience
My family of 4 (including 2 kids, 7 and 8 years old) attended Apple's Thai cooking class in July 2026. We all had a wonderful experience and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Khao Lak. Apple picked us up from our hotel and took us to the local market. It was an eye opening experience for the kids and they are still talking about it. We then settled into cooking at Apple's house. She has a lovely dedicated area to the side of her house and is supported by a couple of lovely young girls...read more
