Step into the world of traditional Dalmatian cooking and discover how makaruni pasta has been made for over 300 years. Meet Baba, share a welcome drink, and get to know each other while she introduces the story and recipe behind this traditional pasta, passed down through generations.


Watch as Baba shows you the dough recipe, explains the ratios, and kneads the dough in front of you. Once the dough is ready, cut it and learn how to roll makaruni the traditional way on a wooden stick.


After rolling your own pasta, relax while the chef prepares the makaruni you made and enjoy tasting the dish created by your own hands. Celebrate authentic Dalmatian food, tradition, and a recipe that has been passed down through generations for over 300 years.
