As a student, your local guide worked in a winery for 3 years and learned all about the procedure of making wine. He will choose for you a selection of typical and famous Greek and Parian wines, and he will inform you about the different grapes, the wineries´ history, and the Greek tradition of wine processing. And of course, he will tell you about life on a Greek island. You will also taste different Paros and Naxos cheeses, green and black olives, and bread, traditionally dipped in their own premium olive oil with salt and pepper—traditional and delicious, you will love it!
